City of Harlingen issued the following announcement on Jan. 8.
Cameron County will hold a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic in Harlingen tomorrow for people ages 65 and older and 18 years and older with at least one chronic condition. It will be held at the Casa Del Sol located at 221 E. Madison from 7-7.
1000 vaccines will be administered and it will be first come first served. The line will go through the parking lot at 3rd & Jefferson but please note that the parking lot will not open until 6 a.m. and you must remain in your vehicle. Vehicles unattended will be towed.
Once in the parking lot, you will be escorted all the way through until you get to the front of the building where you will go inside to get the vaccine. Attendants will be on hand to guide you through the line. You will need an ID and a signed consent form that you can print here:
