Of the 738 people living in Valle Vista in 2020, 48.5 percent (358) were women and 51.5 percent (380) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East RGV News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 40. In the 65 and over age range, there were 47 females and 17 males.
