Of the 2,998 people living in Rancho Viejo in 2020, 51.2 percent (1,535) were women and 48.8 percent (1,463) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East RGV News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 107. In the 65 and over age range, there were 285 females and 238 males.
