City of Harlingen issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
Effective today, October 16, 2020, Cameron County Judge Eddie Trevino, Jr. signed Sixth Amended Emergency Management Order Including Limited Bar Re-openings and Halloween Restrictions. This order is effective as of Friday, October 16, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. unless extended, modified, or terminated early and is ordered in consultation with the honorable Mayors of each municipality.
